Does Adoption Layer work on software we do not control?
Yes. Deploy the browser extension on third-party software such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or ServiceNow. For internal applications you own, add the one-line script directly to the interface.
How long does a pilot rollout take?
A standard pilot can be configured in under an hour once the application and workflows are agreed. Your team can validate live guidance on the same day, then measure it with a defined employee group.
What data leaves the browser?
Adoption Layer sends only the structure of interactive interface elements. Sensitive values are masked in the browser, screenshots are never captured, and personal data, passwords, tokens, and form entries are not stored.
Can the AI invent or execute the wrong action?
Adoption Layer is grounded in the interactive elements visible on screen. It highlights the next action for the employee to confirm; it does not take control of the application or click behind the scenes.
Do we need to record every workflow or import documentation first?
No. Adoption Layer understands the current interface in real time, so there are no click tours to record. Existing documentation can be connected when business rules need additional context.
What happens when the interface changes?
Guidance is resolved against the live DOM rather than a fixed sequence of recorded selectors. When a field or menu moves, Adoption Layer can continue from the interface currently shown to the employee.
How do we deploy the extension to a workforce?
IT teams can restrict approved domains and roll out the extension through GPO, Intune, or Jamf. Per-user installation through an administrator activation link is also available.
